Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using testersundo.in ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

testersundo.in is a discovery platform that connects software testers ("Testers") with individuals or organizations needing testing services ("Clients"). We provide a public board, skill-based filtering, location-based discovery, WhatsApp deep links, and a mutual rating system.

We do NOT provide: employment or contracting services, payment processing, insurance, quality assurance of user work, or background checks.

3. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity, are not prohibited by applicable law, and will provide accurate information.

4. User Responsibilities

• Maintain account confidentiality and notify us of unauthorized use.
• Post truthful and accurate content.
• Do not impersonate others or post spam, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Do not post full-time job listings — this platform is for gig work only.
• Treat other users with respect and do not harass, abuse, or threaten others.
• Do not manipulate ratings or circumvent platform features.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Spam: repeated posts, keyword stuffing, automated posting
• Recruiting: full-time jobs, CTC discussions, permanent positions
• Fraud: fake skills, false location, impersonation
• Harassment: abuse, threats, discrimination, stalking
• Illegal services: scams, copyright infringement
• Technical abuse: hacking, data scraping, API abuse, bots
• Circumvention: avoiding filters or bypassing rate limits

Violation may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it on the Platform. Platform design, code, and branding are owned by testersundo.in.

7. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee availability of the Platform or any user, accuracy of user-provided information, quality of work, payment completion, dispute resolution, or security of data.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is capped at ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand). We are not liable for disputes between users.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless testersundo.in from claims arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of law or rights of others, or content you post.

10. Payment Terms

testersundo.in does not process payments. All payments between Testers and Clients are direct (e.g., UPI). Future paid features will have separate terms.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Platform at any time and request data deletion via privacy@testersundo.in. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, prohibited activities, 3+ community flags, or legal requirements.

12. Dispute Resolution

We are not responsible for resolving disputes between users. For Platform disputes, contact grievance@testersundo.in. Unresolved disputes are subject to mediation in Ernakulam, Kerala, and final resort to courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via prominent notice and email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
